【Description】

Easy Water-Washable,Matte Texture,Easy Support Removal:This resin can be easily washed with water without using alcohol or IPA, avoids unpleasant fumes during cleaning and saves on consumables. After washing, the printed parts exhibit a premium matte texture, with clear details that make flaws easier to spot and facilitate post-processing. Its support structures can be removed by hand without leaving pits, saving time on filling and sanding, and even when printing miniature models, removing supports will not compromise fine details—streamlining the entire post-processing workflow.

Easy to print, Rapid prototyping: With its low viscosity and high reactivity, WW-ABS not only greatly improves print success rates but also significantly reduces printing time. From large-scale models to miniatures, it handles them all with ease for rapid prototyping.

Stiff & Resilient: As an ABS-like resin, WW-ABS prints offer both rigidity and toughness, with good bendability and impact resistance. They’re less likely to break, even if accidentally dropped or shipped over long distances, ensuring a worry-free user experience.

Scratch & Wear Resistant: WW-ABS offers excellent resistance to wear and scratches. Joint areas resist powdering from friction, and surfaces are less likely to show marks from nails or other hard objects, making it an ideal material for printing articulated figures.

Low Odor,SVHC Compliant:WW-ABS releases no irritating odors during printing and cleaning, greatly enhancing the user experience. The raw materials have passed screening for over 250 substances of very high concern (SVHC) in compliance with the EU REACH regulation. With proper ventilation, it can be used with peace of mind in home or small studio environments.

【Attention】

1.     Do not wash the resin vat or build platform with water. It is recommended to wipe them with a lint-free cloth. If residue remains, use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with alcohol or IPA.

2.     If previously using non-water-washable resin, please ensure that there is no residual alcohol, IPA, or resin left on the vat and platform before pouring in the water-washable resin for printing.

3.     For prints with deep grooves or hollow structures, ultrasonic cleaning or water flow rinsing is recommended to prevent resin residues in cavities. After cleaning, ensure the prints are thoroughly dried and fully post-cured.

4.     Do not scrub prints by hand during cleaning. When using a cleaning machine, prevent prints from colliding with each other, as this can affect surface quality.

5.     It is normal for prints to feel slightly tacky after washing. This will disappear once the prints are fully dried and post-cured.

6.   After post-curing, printed parts are initially fragile. Do not apply force immediately.It is recommended to allow the prints to cool naturally to release internal stress, which ensures they regain their full mechanical strength.

【Post-processing】
1.Removing Supports:
Supports on WW-ABS prints can be easily removed by hand without leaving pits.
2.Cleaning:
Rinse the prints with clean water at least twice, keeping the total soaking time under 5 minutes. For prints with deep grooves or hollow structures, ultrasonic cleaning or a water flow rinse is recommended to remove resin residues more effectively, but cleaning time should not exceed 3 minutes.
3.Drying:
After ensuring the print is thoroughly cleaned, use an air gun or a high-speed hair dryer to dry it completely, especially for parts with deep crevices or hollow structures, to prevent cracking later on.
4.Post-Curing:
If using devices like Anycubic Wash Plus with non-360° UV coverage, cure for 7 minutes, flip, and cure for another 7 minutes.
5.Sanding:
Sand from coarse to fine grit. Use leather care products to wipe and improve areas that turn white.
