  • Precautions for printing in cold environments

When the ambient temperature is lower than 20 ℃ / 68℉, it is recommended that most RESIONE resins, except WW123 and C01 resins, preheat (60-80 ℃ / 140-176℉, 10 minutes) before printing. If the printer is equipped with a heater, preheat for at least 30 minutes to ensure that the resin fluidity is good before printing. In addition, it is recommended to adjust the printing parameters (increase the "bottom lift distance" and "lifting distance", increase the "rest time after retract") to cope with the printing failure caused by the increase of resin viscosity.

If you are using flexible/elastic resin, we recommend setting "Angle (°)" to 0.02, which can greatly improve the success rate of printing.
