SP64 resin is a stable and user-friendly Standard Pro resin available in four colors: medium gray, blue-gray, light peach, and black. Printed parts exhibit sharp, clear surface details with a matte, high-quality finish. Post-processing is simple and quick. Ideal for small-batch manufacturing, SP64 resin offers advantages of high production yield and efficiency. It is well-suited for producing miniatures, figurines, prototypes, and low-load parts. Additionally, printed parts have low water absorption and minimal deformation, ensuring good stability even for short-term underwater or outdoor applications.

▌ Attention

  • Although this material has matte properties, the matte effect also depends on many factors such as the printer and the angle at which the model is placed, so the final print may be semi-matte

  • If the post-curing time is too long, it can cause warping of the printed parts and make them hard and brittle

  • If you completely skip post-curing the printed object, it may experience instability such as moisture absorption or cracking in the future, but it will exhibit good flexibility for a while

  • Immediately after post-curing, the printed parts is fragile. It is not recommended to apply force to the prints. It is advisable to wait for a period of time for the prints to cool naturally to release internal stresses and restore its intended mechanical properties

      Descriptions

      • Matte finish, high opacity colors and sharp detail bring premium quality prints
Many resin prints have glossy support surfaces (the model surface where supports are removed), which contrast significantly with non-support areas. And prints tend to be slightly translucent, and texture details appear slightly melted, lacking sharpness and clarity. These factors make surface details and flaws hard to discern, giving them a cheap and unattractive appearance. RESIONE team has overcome these issues with a redesigned formula, offering prints with high opacity colors, matte texture, and exceptional detail, providing a clear competitive edge for printers in manufacturing molds or direct products.
      • Ease of use and stability increase production yield
RESIONE team thoroughly analyzed numerous causes of print failures from extensive post-sales case data, leading to the development of SP64 resin, which offers higher tolerance and consistency to address these issues. It is user-friendly regardless of user experience, printing equipment hardware, or printing environment. Its components are stable over the long term, do not settle, and require simple and quick post-processing. Successfully achieving stable prints on many mainstream LCD printers without the need for parameter adjustments significantly boosts the production yield of printed items.
      • Efficiency from easy cleaning and minimal polishing
SP64 resin supports stable printing of miniatures or models weighing less than 30 grams with Tip Upper Diameter of supports as small as 0.15mm, with supports that break cleanly upon removal without leaving noticeable marks and are easy to polish. Its balanced mechanical properties make polishing relatively effortless, coupled with its easy cleaning and high production yield characteristics, facilitating efficient small-batch production.
      • Standard PRO, broader applications

As a Standard Pro resin, SP64 offers superior tensile and flexural strength. Printed parts withstand cleaning, support removal, polishing, or coloring processes without easily damaging delicate or thin structures, making it ideal for printing miniatures, figurines, prototypes, and low-load parts. Printed parts also have low water absorption and minimal deformation, ensuring good stability even for short-term underwater or outdoor applications.

      • Parts manufacturing under control

Choosing SP64 eliminates hidden costs like repeated print failures, easily damaged prints during post-processing, inefficient manufacturing, or being forced into low price competition due to a cheap appearance. It allows precise calculation of manufacturing costs per part and ensures high print stability, guaranteeing on-time delivery and consistent results.
