CL-TH Colored Tough Wear-Resistant Resin is now available. Currently ships from China and U.S. warehouses; expected to arrive at the German warehouse by mid-November.
Description:
Vibrant, Highly Saturated, High-Opacity Colors:CL-TH currently offers 10 vivid colors, with more coming soon. Unlike the pastel tones commonly found on the market, every CL-TH color delivers exceptionally high saturation and opacity, giving you bright, eye-catching results. Bring your creative ideas to life in full color—no more tedious priming and hand-painting.
Mix-and-Match Resins for Infinite Color Possibilities:All CL-TH colors can be mixed with each other, and they are also fully compatible with RESIONE G217 Ultra-Clear, TH-BJD Pure White, K+ Pure Black, and even resins from other brands. Create limitless color combinations with ease. If you need a range of skin-tone materials, the tough, wear-resistant, and richly colored TH-BJD resin is the ideal choice.
Excellent Rigidity and Toughness:CL-TH combines outstanding rigidity with toughness. Printed parts can withstand post-processing, shipping, and everyday handling—including accidental drops and bending. The material also supports drilling, tapping, inserting magnets or metal rivets, and other mechanical enhancements, significantly expanding its application range.
Wear-Resistant and Scratch-Resistant, with Long-Lasting Joint Tightness:Knowing that many users will print articulated figures or other moving components with CL-TH, the RESIONE R&D team optimized the formula to achieve both scratch resistance and long-term dimensional stability. This ensures joints and friction surfaces remain tight over time, greatly enhancing durability and playability.
Low Shrinkage, Highly Warp-Resistant:For models with long, thin, or flat sections, CL-TH’s low-shrinkage and anti-warping characteristics are especially valuable. Whether it’s slender weapons for miniatures, ship decks, or large shell assemblies, CL-TH maintains dimensional accuracy and shape stability with ease.
Applications:
Designer toys, mecha models and modification kits, building block toys, articulated action figures, car models, large-scale statues, miniatures, cosplay props, fridge magnets, accessories and charms, home decor, window displays, art pieces, appearance and functional prototypes, casings, jigs and fixtures, and short-term functional parts.

Attention:
1.Leave assembly clearance during design:
For Race Red, Forest Green, Neon Yellow-Green, Bright Yellow, Neon Orange, and Lemon Yellow resins, it is recommended to reserve 0.1 mm clearance for assembly.
For Mystic Purple, Pure Blue, Pink, and Pastel Blue resins, it is recommended to reserve 0.14 mm clearance.
2.Printing large cross-sections:
When the model reaches a large cross-sectional area during printing, a semi-cured layer may easily form on the surface. This can make cleaning difficult and lead to poor surface quality. Therefore, please hollow the model during the design stage or in the slicing software, and add drain holes at the lowest point and at large cross-section areas.
3.When printing with Bright Yellow resin:
It is recommended to use medium or heavy supports.
4.If printing fails with the official settings:
Increase the rest time after retract, rest time before release, and light-off delay by 2–3 seconds, and increase the lifting height/distance by 2–3 mm based on the original settings to ensure stable printing performance.
5.Colored resins have shallow light penetration depth:
For difficult-to-adhere resins like Bright Yellow and Race Red, if the official settings and preheated resin still cannot make the base layers stick to the build plate, it is recommended to re-level the build plate (distance of about one sheet of A4 paper from the LCD).
6.When printing articulated models:
During post-curing, pay special attention to curing the joint wear areas. Ensure UV light reaches these areas unobstructed to achieve ideal strength and functionality.
7.Finishing recommendation:
Sand progressively from coarse to fine (up to 1000 grit). Areas that turn white after sanding can be restored by wiping repeatedly with a cloth or brush dipped in leather conditioner (e.g., Pledge).
8.Bonding printed parts:
You can use cyanoacrylate adhesive (super glue).
